Good morning Mr. Scarano,
You have made mention on several occasions for “feed back” and I would like to take the opportunity to reply to the invitation. Realizing your time is limited I’ll try to be brief. When I was in a managerial role the rule of thumb was; “only a few will take the initiative to speak for many”, so I pray that you get enough of responses where you feel a few emails represents the majority.
I would like to express a “thank you” to you and your management team for sharing the exciting information that you have extended to all employees, not just officers in charge in recent weeks and taking the time to cover the material with convenient employee meetings.
Yes, a few will make mention of not understanding the P & L statements or the complete presentation as a whole, but if they or shall we say; “as they” become more familiar with the material it will increasingly become not only entertaining but creating the same challenge it presents to you to critique each category and each bottom line. So, John I ask and strongly encourage you to please continue, it is very appreciated that you are doing what most don’t, and including everyone as a whole which truly defines the word “team”. Thanks again.
I am attaching a quick power point presentation offered on SimpleTruths.com. It sets an example of what I believe you expect from each of us, within each position or department by taking the initiative to personalize service and make a lasting expression to the customer while cautiously working in a positive organized manor to increase profits simultaneously. John please take the time to watch the clip it demonstrates how the low man on the ladder can offer good inspirational motivation to an entire organization. What I like the most about it, it implements the “reverse pyramid of authority” which I feel is every company’s strongest asset.
