    Yes, this sounds like a marketing approach. IMHO, regardless of the underlying tactic it would still seem prudent to listen to customers and react to their input. You don’t have to be 100% influenced by what they want/say.

    A is the answer I believe. Google is your friend (use double quotes around the quote). Getting answers to interesting questions has been revolutionized by Google.
