Zayo Group completed its acquisition of NTI. Congratulations John Scarano, Matt Erickson, and the entire Zayo Bandwidth team on completing the transaction. Likewise, congratulations to Andy Metcalfe, Jenny Rickel, and the entire NTI team. Welcome aboard. We apologize for not having someone out there this week to greet you in person–this was the plan but as you know we had to delay it for a week or so. In any case, we are thrilled to have the NTI team lead the development of our Pacific Northwest geographic expansion.
